Members of the Organization and Communication Sciences (O.C.S.) Lab were proud to represent UNT at the recent TxABA 2025 conference!
🧠 Dr. Matthew Laske kicked things off with a workshop on the SPARK Framework for professional presentations, empowering behavior analysts to communicate with greater impact.

📊 Cameron McDaniel, MS student, presented a poster analyzing traffic patterns in an industrial warehouse to identify hazard zones.

🏅 Isaiah Salazar and Sara Ashun co-presented a poster for Isaiah’s thesis on the effects of self-monitoring on procedural integrity, advised by Dr. Sam Bergmann. Isaiah's work earned TxABA’s Student Poster Award! Congratulations, Isaiah!

🤝 Beyond the presentations, our team connected across generations of mentors—lab members even met their advisor’s advisor! We’re proud of the research, the recognition, and the academic lineage.
